From our pool of talents we deploy staff whose specific expertise is targeting on the required solution. To give our specialists the maximum freedom and to lap their full innovation power , recurring tasks are achieved by process whenever it is convenient. Inflated projects which let the organization grow artificially do not exist at our house. We do not strive for a short-term effect, but after a substantial, long-term cooperation with all stakeholders, customer, employees and partners. The self-responsibility is an essential part of our philosophy, also in terms of occupancy rate. Our employees work job orientated. The play, document and evaluate their work. That is how we achieve regularly results that delight the customer – and occasionally ourselves.

1

TEAM COMPOSITION

Which members of our organisation are best suited to solving the problem? What type and quantity of work is required to complete the job? We use these and other questions to put together a team capable of completing a job within the time frame agreed with the customer.

2

INTERNAL PROJECT ORGANISATION

Who does what when, and in what order? Roles, tasks, schedules and capacity planning are defined and agreed. Each team member must be in a position to make an effective and efficient contribution without any unnecessary restrictions. The flexible organisation of our teams reflects the versatility of our software factory.

3

PROJECT INFRASTRUCTURE

The project infrastructure starts in the office and ends with the completed technical product. The team has access to all requisite and appropriate means required to complete the job. All team members have access to the latest technical developments, enabling them to use cutting-edge tools to come up with an innovative solution.

4

COORDINATION WITH THE CLIENT

Our ethos of complete transparency applies from the start of the project. The client sees the processes which have been planned to create a solution to the problem. The client has the opportunity to get involved and to coordinate the project with us (using the software requirements specification) before our team begins work in earnest.

5

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Each module of the new software is subjected to continuous testing, even during the development process, to ensure that it meets the requirements in full. Final testing is carried out once the work has been completed. This is followed by delivery of the software and acceptance by the customer.

6

PROJECT CONTROL

Proof of performance is part of project control. We document in detail the work that we have undertaken in order to complete the project successfully. This is for the client’s benefit and also for our own records. We also check the profitability of the project in order to identify potential for further optimisation.
